Job Description

Support customer friendly culture, displaying energy and passion about the brand and its history.

Deliver highly satisfying customer experiences on a daily basis

Build customer loyalty through email database, promos, social media, etc

Maintain awareness of all sales and promotions, and follow proper ringing instructions

Display general product knowledge of all merchandise and where to find it if not located in store

Be aware of loss prevention issues and create a culture of honesty; connecting customer service to shrink

Partner with Retail Manager to determine ordering needs, customer feedback/requests
-
Maintain visual appearance of the store on a daily basis – recovering, cleaning, general maintenance
-
Operate cash register and ticketfly computer with integrity
Requirements

Possess genuine desire to provide the best customer service possible to both first time guests and repeat visitors

Demonstrate ability to multi-task, while still being 100% attentive to customers and protecting the business

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Flexible with schedule – varying shifts, including later nights and weekends

Ability to adhere to brand standards and culture of honesty
